The staff member April was amazing! She truly cares about people she is the only reason I would stay here again. Every issue we had she was on it. She was so kind to my kids and us. She went above and beyond for us. Wonderful lady!

I want to contact you guys through David and booking and it was a poor policy experience because of everything was great no checked in at about 9:30 went to the store that night and came back about 10:30 p.m. it was a sock in my room red white or blue or black is which and I am homeless I didn't have any socks I walked here from Memphis Tennessee on foot, so I was wondering if I could get a refund through booking or through this hotel that I booked through because this is the worst experience thank you and God bless Signature Brandon C Earl

I didn't I was used by the hotel did a job for allot lease never got paid but was charged full price for 2 months of stay. Was lied on by workers room broken into while asleep and gone also my fiance was hurt and treated very badly also done wrong. I did a job that would have cost them 10000 but never got but $145 in cash I also had to pay for my room that was not clean and property was dangerous.
