  : It's located right off the interstate, the desk clerk was very nice and helpful!
  : This is the nastiest, loudest place I've ever stayed! People in the halls screaming and slamming doors all night. They had to move me twice because the rooms hadn't been clean. The one I ended up in was only half clean. Never again!

  : I didn’t like that people were screaming all night running the halls when there was a quite sign from 10 pm to morning an that you could smell weed in the halls from people smoking people next to us yelled an slammed there door all night an my 3 year old was scared an could not sleep an there was a man killed over money in one of the rooms close to ours it’s like a hotel for drug atticks

  : It had a bed to sleep in. It was a last resort reservation due to no other hotels available.
  : Room 107 had not been cleaned. The room had no water glasses or soap to wash our hands with. The room had (2) refrigerators. One was clean and the one located in the cabinet on which the TV was on,had a large amount of a dried black unidentifiable substance in it.The phone was missing buttons to dial out with. The register was had a build up of dust/ dirt. The brown table with the glass cover on it had a build up of a black dust. The bathroom sink cabinet had the bottom of it kicked and splintered. The shower wall had a gray unidentifiable substance dried substance on it. These areas were reported immediately to the front desk female attendant. I showed the front desk attendant the dirty cloths I had used to clean/disinfect the area. I asked her to mark down the broken areas to prevent being charged for the damage. There was no offer for a room change. With no place to go at 9:45 pm, and I had already disinfected the room, I told her we would keep the room because the rate was non refundable. She said she would make a note on our reservation, but said the room might be dirty due to new tables being placed in all the rooms. (Our room did not have a new table.)On check out, I informed the male front desk attendant about the issues in the room, his responses were short and to the point, he was not interested or concerned about our stay or the problems with the room. When I asked for the name of the front desk female attendant who checked us in, he was hesitant and evasive to give a name. He did give me a name, but I’m not sure it was the real name. When I asked him to check to see if she put the damage notations on our reservation, he was not seated at a computer, did not have our reservation in front of him, but he told me she did without checking to see if she wrote the damage down. He asked if I wanted a receipt I said no., I already had a receipt and pictures of the room on check in and check out.
